[WriteLog] Digipan and WriteLog

I'm unknowledgeable about PSK31, but one of my friends asked me the
following:
    Will WriteLog interface with a PSK program (DigiPan) so that
    when the call  is typed in on the Digipan Screen it will  also be
    placed in the logging program with date and time?

Is this possible?  Can WriteLog be interfaced to Digipan somehow - or must
WriteLog run standalone to work with the PSK31 mode?  If it can interface to
Digipan, can you point me to a URL which documents the procedure?
