[WriteLog] CW speedup and slowdown working?

Good thought, Tim, but that's not it. I have the speed incremented by 
2 in each box. However, I think I just found the problem. I had it 
set as:
%c <<<<599>>>>PA  which doesn't work
If I put a space between the last > and PA, it does work.
