[WriteLog] CW and Call entry Window

You might just need to add that in.  I've had to add some things like that.
Mine is under Configuration, e.g.:

I looked in the configuration section of writelog.ini and could not find any
references to CwSendPartialCallCorrections.  I was looking for it to be a
zero and wanted to change it to a one to allow writelog to send the full
call on a correction.  What am I missing?
