[WriteLog] CQ 160 Scoring Errors

Hi Gang,

WL has incorrectly scored all of my CQ 160 contacts at 10 points each, as if 
I was DX.  

My writelog.ini seems to be correctly set up as follows:

[Multipliers]
CallPrefix=w4
Location=C:\ham\programs\ 

My QTH is FL

Any thoughts as to why I am getting the incorrect scoring?
