[WriteLog] Error in mexrtty.ini file

Playing around with settings for the upcoming Mexico RTTY contest, I
found an error in the mexritty.ini file.

According to the FMRE website, the correct abbreviation for MICHOACAN
state is MIC, but WriteLog does not accept that.

Open your mexritty.ini file and you will see the abbreviation as MC.
Just change it to MIC and all will be well.
