[WriteLog] writelog.ini commands

This is what I love about WL's documentation.  I discovered that the prefix 
must be in upper case, but the command "callprefix" doesn't have to be.  How 
is a mother to know?  If this is explained in the Help file that explains the 
various writelog.ini options, I can't find it.
