[WriteLog] a request to keep postings having something to do with WriteLog

Fellows,
Maybe I miss the point, but wading through 15 irrelevant emails about
viruses on what used to be known as the WriteLog reflector is not how I
would choose to use my time.  If what you want from this reflector is
informaiton on WriteLog, then please refrain from posting off topic
messages, and, when others post them, the appropriate response is just like
the only appropriate response to on-the-air lids: IGNORE the posting (or do
what you can't do on the air--send your response directly to the poster).

If, on the other hand, reflector participants don't really care if this
reflector has good info on WriteLog, then post whatever you feel like.
