[WriteLog] EUHF Championship Contest Module

Hello WL users!

EUHF Championship will take place next Saturday. A lot of European WL users
missed that contest module in the past.

We are trying to develop EUHF module for this year. The job is almost done
thanks to Aleksei, RU3VD.

I am looking for some volunteers to test EUHF module before make it
available to the public.
