[WriteLog] DX telnet launcher program

OOPS, those pages are getting outdated, but thanks for over 2100 hits!  DX
Telnet now includes the Launcher program as part of the whole package - You
don't have to get Launcher separately anymore.  I'll try to review those
pages soon!
