[WriteLog] PTT timing

Dennis,

The problem is the FT1000mp has a software bug that cancels the PTT command 
after the first cw element so another PTT signal is needed for CW. Sad but 
so far true in all the 1000mp. The CAT commanded PTT works in all other modes.
