Fix bug with remove last QSO if there is only one QSO in the log.

Add Elecraft K2 rig support, and make Kenwood and Elecraft rig drivers
preserve CW normal/reverse settings for bands above/below 15m.

In [PORTS] section of WriteLog.ini, for rig control, use  Stop bits and Baud
settings (only!) in COMn:=<baud>,<parity>,<data length>,<stop bits>

Reformat most-recently-used file names that won't fit in the startup dialog
window.

When an F key is pressed with the cursor in the CALL field, and if %C sends
the call, and if you press another F key, the typing of the CALL field is
terminated, the red box removed, and the second F key message sent.

There is a change for Field Day summary sheets that you may want.
