[WriteLog] PC Sidetone in Writelog

Turning on a radio does not seem like a difficult task. <gr>
If you want to know if the right stuff gets sent to the radio and will be
sent on the air, listen to the radio.
Listening to the speaker does prove very much relative to the
radio....another potential gotcha.
