[WriteLog] Field Day Clock error

WriteLog 10.40J, Dell laptop.

Computer clock set to gmt.  WriteLog field day log showing gmt minus one hour.  I.e., Field Day started at 1800 gmt.  Log showed 1700.  All logged times showed one hour off.

Any clues?
