Well, I figured it out. It's not a parameter within WL that I need to
change.
 
My question was "How do I change my call sign to log onto packet."
 
Well, it's as easy as typing it in when you log on! 
 
Sorry guys, but it was a serious "Homer Simpson" moment.   DOHH !!
