[WriteLog] Setting split from Band Map

I think it worked OK for me (10.38). I saw "I think" because I keep 
both the packet spot window and band map open, and sometimes use one 
and sometimes use the other. I had no problems with the splits. Are 
you sure the spots were announced with a QSX freq?
