[WriteLog] Sprint module

Someone posted a little while ago that the module incorrectly marks dupes.
I don't think that's correct.  If there are at least 3 QSOs separating the
same callsign, it shows as a new station (correctly).  However, it doesn't
"pre-fill" as some would like.

Whoever's getting the prefill, are you sure you're using the North American
Sprint RTTY module?

When you're testing this, be sure your radio is on and/or you are in a
reasonable setup.  Mine incorrectly marked dupes when my radio was off and
the freq was unavailable.
