[WriteLog] updating writelog

I have my primary hard drive partitioned into C and D drives.  The C drive is for operating system stuff only and all apps are installed on the D drive.  In D:\ham is where Writelog is installed (ver 10.38D) and I have been using it there for a couple months.  I downloaded ver 10.39C and ran the setup program and it created C:\writelog and installed the program there.  I don't see anyplace where one can specify where the updates are installed.  Perhaps in the setup.ini file but I don't know the format of the input line.  Can anyone help me?

Also is there a fix for the xmit delay when using the mmtty plugin?  Was away from my computer for a month and it probably passed by during that period.
