Jim,

Wayne sent out a "clock hour" fix for this just before ARRL DX CW.  He also 
sent a complete explanation about the band change timer feature.  Check the 
WL Reflector archives for the few days before the contest.

I was interested in it at the time because we were considering a multi-single 
operation for that contest.  However, we ended up doing Multi-multi, so we 
never had a chance to test the feature to see if it worked correctly.
