[WriteLog] Two Questions for new user

Okay, I have two quick questions.  I've searched the help files and internet
FAQ's and can't figure these out.

1)    How do you get Writelog to work PSK.  The PSK mode is "grayed" out in
the mode pull-down within the RTTYrite window.

2)    How do you set-up the Telnet function to access Internet Clusters.
The help file says to use the file telnet message, but I can't find any
place that this exists or place to enter.
