[WriteLog] Fielday GOTA Station on a network

I am having a problem setting up WL (10.40J) for fielday. I am testing 2
stations on the network. Station N is the GOTA station. Station A is an
HF station. If station N attempts to add a QSO that has already been
logged by station A, it dupes. 

Interestingly enough, if station A logs a QSO that has already been
logged by station N, it does not dupe. Obviously, both stations are on
the same band and mode.

In scanning the reflector archives, it appears that this problem was
fixed a while ago. 

Any ideas?
