I finished putting together the Idiom Press, Tailtwister Rotor Interface.
www.idiompress.com (It also works with other rotors, and emulates a DCU-1)

I had a Sartek interface but that requires a ISA slot and those are getting
rare.

And the Idiom Press has far more features.
First is counteracts the well-known Tailtwister bug by first momentarily
turning the rotor the wrong way and then going to the desired azimuth.

It has a preset feature. I turn the old Calibrate knob which turns the meter
needle to a desired heading, and then just hit the brake lever and it
automagically turns hands free.

It has jam protection, delayed brake wedge insertion, and coast feature.

And even though I'm functionally illiterate, I was able to put it together,
take out various parts of the control box (after writing a log sheet as to
where they go back in case of disaster), install it, wire it and the best
part......

All features worked the first time...go figure...

(usual boring disclaimer: I have no affiliation with Idiom Press)
