[WriteLog] CW Burst Speed

I know that some CW keyers allow you to program portions of a message to
be sent at a higher (burst) speed than the remainder of the message text. I heard
quite a few stations doing this in the CQ WPX contest this past weekend and
I liked the idea.

I have looked through the WriteLog help but maybe not in the correct places....I could
not find any information as to whether or not this capability is included in WriteLog.
