[WriteLog] SS Precedence Validity Checking

Is there a way to allow ONLY the valid letters A, B, M, Q, S and U in the
Precedence field?

Also, when I go to edit the Precedence field after entering a letter, the
cursor goes to the right of the letter that was entered, but does correctly
do the edit on the character to its left when I type something else. This
looks weird. Is there a fix?
