[WriteLog] Idea for feature

Excellent idea Barry!!  As a beginning contester who is just learning
to CQ, I find it an annoyance to jump to the RIT knob when a RTTY
station is so far off I can't print him.  And resetting the RIT to
zero when the the QSO is logged is perfect!!
