[WriteLog] USB Support

I have had good success with several USB-to-Serial Port adapters doing 
rig control with Writelog. I have an IBM T20 laptop with one USB port 
and one serial port controlling two serial port radios and one serial 
port rotor and keying through the parallel port with support of 
Userport. Until there are radios and rotors out there with USB ports, 
I'll be happy with this configuration.
