[WriteLog] Update 10.43F ready for downloading...

What you both are missing is that you cannot view the other
person's log info unless you upload a log that has a QSO
that matches nearly exactly in time, and on the same band
and mode.  Also, the QSO number, Check, and section are
not listed on the QSL.

So, to restate this, you cannot browse another person's
log to see if you made it or find other QSO information.
The only thing you can do is confirm that you both had
a QSO.  I believe the ARRL calls this method, "double blind",
meaning you both have to upload matching QSOs in order
for either of you to see any information.

eQSL.cc, on the other hand, is not like this.  You can simply
look at your inbox to see all the QSLs waiting, without
having to upload a matching QSO.
