[WriteLog] Buttons in Entry Window, when in 'phone mode

I know how to set the messages on the buttons in the Entry Window for
RTTY and CW.  But I've now discovered that when in SSB mode, they will
key the transmitter, when WL is setup for soundcard DVK.  Can voice
messages be accessed from them?  And if so, how?
