[WriteLog] PTT problem (How to ?)

I have built my own "special" W5XD multi plus keyer with some additional
features (switches and controls) using the V.10.38 firmware.

The problem is that I cannot get the normal PTT from pin 16 in both the two
DB25 radio outs.
There is always a +5 Volts.

Is there some trick ?

Also, I wish to know how is implemented the single PTT input in the new
keyers as this feature is not in the old published schematics.
