[WriteLog] SO2R / MS

I might not have been specific enough.
There will only be one operator at a time.
In front of one computer and two radios.
So, yes it will be in MS class, but I was
looking for hints about the two radio operation as it applies to this
situation and the 10 minute timer of WL
