[WriteLog] File/Telnet Where

I recall having a problem finding this too.  In the WL main menu, open WINDOW 
I PACKET WINDOW I FILE I TELNET, then "Enter IP name or address for Telnet".  

I use kc4hw.homelinux.net, port 8000, but there are many sites.
