[WriteLog] Networking with Writelog

Everyone,

Thanks for your assistance and suggestions. I have been able to get WL to
network across two Windows XP Machines and a combination of Windows XP and
98ME. Good luck in the contest and look for me as V26TB before the contest
and as V26DX in the contest.
