[WriteLog] cluster spot duration setting and 3 .ini files

I know how to set the duration time for spots in the Band Map.
But I can't find a similar setting in the .ini file for
packet spot window duration.

I've got them out of sync and would like to set them the same.
If the packet spot duration is hard coded, what is the time setting?

My BandMap setting is DefaultTimeoutSeconds=2500


Can I set up 3 WL .ini files
one for cw
one for rtty
and 3rd for ssb.

I get tired of changing the port setting, and screen positions for each
different mode.
It would be nice if I had a
RttyWL.ini
etc.
and could just switch between them for each contest mode variation.
