[WriteLog] Multiplier listing for DP1DOL

Entering the country will not take care of the issue but unless I am mistaken
you can go to the prefix field and enter either KC4 or CE9 and it will make 
the
contact reflect Antarctica. Once that is done you will need to recalculate.

Let me know if this takes care of it. I had to do the same with a KG6.
