[WriteLog] CW Sending via LPT Port

If you are using Windows 2000 or XP, WriteLog does not support CW Keying via
the parallel port.  You can either build an interface to go on your serial
port, buy the W5XD Multi-Keyer, or download one of the third party drivers
for Windows 2000 or XP.  You cannot really control the timing on the LPT
port without doing one of these three options.  That is why WriteLog does
not support CW LPT Keying for these operating systems.
