[WriteLog] Trouble Installing 42C

HAve you tried to unzip it to a folder first and then run setup?

I'm running 42B and can't seem to install 42C.  I run setup.exe from 
inside Winzip.

I keep getting the message "Writelog v10 is not installed"

What now?
