[WriteLog] New namedmul.ini for ARRL sweeps, 10m and 160m

Good morning all,

I have just emailed to Wayne a new copy of the namedmul.ini file, called 
namemul11Sep2003.zip

The changes were to the ARRL Sweeps, 10m and 160m contests to reflect the 
name for the Canadian northwestern section, now NT.
