[WriteLog] Latch Headphones Working?

I have recently hooked up my MK-1100 and have seen problems with the
operation of the PTT lines coming out of the unit BUT the Headphones Latch
Mode is working just fine.  I am running the most recent release of WL
though it worked OK with prior releases too.
