[WriteLog] adding a country, or finding one

Hi,
sorry to bother with that, but I just did DP1POL Antartica station, and it 
show as Fed. Rep. Germany
How can I change dad ? (change the country to my current log or add the 
country into the 'country' list?
and how did you add a country into the data file of wrtileog ?
