[WriteLog] Right call, wrong country

I'll add NP3D to the next country file.  What was the call of the KL7 station?

K4SB is helping me to add more of these callsigns to the country file.  Hope to
have a good list for October CQWW.

The log checking software has its own country file.  Hopefully they will add
these two callsigns to the USA list.  You should not have to anything to your
log, just log what is sent.
