[WriteLog] VE1 Azimuth information

OK - well, I had a hand in it ... let's see:

Canada NB:          05:  08:  NA:   46.46553  :  66.04511:     5.0:  VE9:
Canada NF:          05:  08:  NA:   48.47872  :  55.46629:     5.0:  VO1:

That kind of sticks out like a sore thumb!  Ugh!
VE1 looks to be somewhere in the middle of Nebraska US.

And indeed it is - it seems to be a cut and paste error,
as the VE1 coordinates are the same as the W0 coordinates!

I don't have my original notes handy on what I had chosen
for the centre of NS - but if we use Halifax the line should
read as follows:

Canada NS:          05:  08:  NA:   44.65370  :  63.59988:     5.0:  VE1:
