[WriteLog] Transmit lockup when computer starts up II

Thanks to all who replied.  I now owe a few some more information and THANKS. 
   

If the MP is off until Windows 98SE completes loading the PTT line seems to 
be okay.  However, when the MP is turned on, no logging software is running, 
the MP can NOT be keyed in any mode.  To work around this: go to the WL ports 
sequence and click OK.  Then all is okay.  

I have a few things to try this afternoon and will give you some feedback.
