[WriteLog] General logging module has been in WL since Ver-8...

 We have had a general purpose logging program in 
 WL since Ver-8. It's called: "General DXCC tracking log keeper"
 It works in SSB, CW, RTTY & PSK. You also have a type ahead 
 buffer for the digital modes.. 160m thru 6m..
