[WriteLog] TARA G rid Test

[Eric - VE3GSI]

I have been experimenting with the HF GRID Location module, but for some
reason it gives me the red out of band "B" and will not score. If there are
other shortcomings I have not found them yet.

Is there anyone out there in WriteLog Land that can help us?
