[WriteLog] Icom CIV Interface

I need  a couple of CIV interfaces for WriteLog. It is important that I be able to key the radio via the 
DTR port. Most of the circuits I see, as well as the commonly available simple interfaces, get their 
power from the DTR line, so won't work.  What simple circuits are available to solve this problem? My 
need is for a single computer serial port to a single radio. I would really like to find something that I 
can build with a couple of transistors, resistors, and diodes.
