[WriteLog] recording RTTY QSOs in WL

I don't think you can record a simple text file, although I've never
understood why this is not implemented.  However, you can record the audio
from every qso and play that back later.  This would be necessary to recover
an SSB qso, but is way overkill for RTTY.  - John, WA9ALS
