[WriteLog] Lost multipliers -- ARRL 160 Contest

According to the ARRL 160M rules, the exchange for a DX QSO
is only the signal report.  You will see that if you empty
the "SECT" field, it will score correctly.  (Or I'm guessing
it will, as that's what worked for me.)
