[WriteLog] WL & WinKey

I added this :
[Winkey]
POTRANGE=255
KeyMode=1
CwAutoLtrSpace=YES

Works very well. The only thing I find is that initially the speed is taken
from the Writelog setup file and only varies when you turn the Keyer speed
control for the first time. After that it follows the Keyer speed control
ok.
