[WriteLog] Upgrading to 10.52D

Bob,

I download the update file into a new folder for that upgrade.  (I keep a
separate folder called My Downloads and have a Writelog folder under that
with a separate folder under that for each upgrade.)

After you download the file into the fresh folder unzip all of the files
into the same folder, nor your Program Files\Writelog folder.  One of the
files that gets unzipped in setup.exe.  Run that file, and it will update
all of the required files in the My Programs\Writelog folders.

Gentlemen:

I appreciate all of your responses, but no matter what action I take, and 
I've followed advice and stepts given works.  I downloaded a fresh 10.52D 
into the  programs folder of Writelog again.  I then double click on the zip

file.  That brings up an EasyZip Automatic Program installation screen, with

a default check mark already entered and an Install button and an Open 
button.  I click the Install button and the screen just sits there for about

1 minute, then that Automatic Installation screen disappears and the 18 
files of the Zip file are shown on the screen.

Opening the WriteLog program folder where the Setup.exe icon is .. I double 
click on the icon .. and nothing  happens.

I next tried just OPENING the zip file from the Automatic Installation 
screen and it brings up the same 18 files.  I select all, and direct EasyZip

to extract them into WriteLog's Program folder, which it apparently does.  
Then I go to the WriteLog Program folder and double click on the Setup.exe 
icon.  Same thing NOTHING happens.

Hard to believe the setup.exe would be corrupted with a fresh download, is 
there any other step that may be negating the setup.exe from running.  I 
tried as K7WM suggested as well, going to the Start menu and selecting Run 
and then writelog\programs\setup.exe etc and nothing there either.

Final item, WriteLog vers 10.47E .. runs great still.

Puzzled ..  Thanks for your input and I'll be hoping for more.
