[WriteLog] WL 10.45M networked log msg

Downloaded and used WL 10.45M for the NA Sprint.

I am getting the following message when I restart WL and on the first
attempt to make a log entry.

"You are adding a QSO to Networked log. Restore the Network now?"

What is the impact of answering either Y or N to this message?

While I have a 2nd PC on my network, I do not have WL loaded there nor do
I use the 2nd PC for anything related to radio stuff.

So, what does the messge really mean and how can I prevent it from
popping up.
