[WriteLog] What should change in WriteLog w.r.t. this review?

Two N1MM Logger features that should be added to Writelog weren't even 
mentioned in the review:

1. Support for SO2V that mimics SO2R - dual entry windows, dual FUNCTIONAL 
bandmaps, subrx on/off switching, etc.

2. Display of packet spot details on mouse hover
